Offer Description
We have previously described that IL-16 participates in experimental inflammatory pain (González-Rodríguez et al., 2024). However its role in neuropathic pain induced by the administration of antineoplastic drugs or nerve injury has not yet been explored.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our group and projects focused on the study of the role of IL-16 in several painful pathologies. Candidate must hold a degree in experimental or health sciences, Master Degree and should be familiarized with pharmacological research. Student is expected to perform in vivo (behavioral tests) and in vitro (qPCR, ELISA…) experiments, collect and prepare samples and analyze data. English and other languages are welcome.

Specific Requirements
Graduated or equivalent in Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or Chemistry.
Official Master degree related to Biomedicine.
