We are seeking an Assistant Business Development Project Manager to support our team in continuing to improve people's lives. This role is part of the Sacyr Concesiones development team and assists with the P3 bidding process from a developer/equity investor perspective on social and transportation projects across various geographical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the P3 bidding processes from beginning to end, ensuring timely completion.
* Negotiate equity teaming and project bidding agreements, supporting commercial and contractual terms.
* Manage and coordinate the engagement of developers, lenders, and advisors.
* Prepare Request for Qualification (RFQ) submissions and develop bid management plans.
* Develop schedules and track project milestones and deliverables in consultation with team members.
The successful candidate will work closely with the legal and finance teams to secure project financing, including coordination of lender technical, insurance, and legal advisor processes. They will also develop relationships with key partners, advisors, and clients.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in project development/finance in the construction industry.
* Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
* A self-starter with strong commercial understanding of P3 contracts and excellent communication skills.
* Prior experience in similar roles or relevant fields is highly valued.
