Our client is an international leader in the insurance sector, dedicated to helping people stay safe and protected. As part of the Belgian Telesales / Customer Service department, your main tasks will include :
* Answering inbound calls in French and offering insurance products to consumers.
* Registering appliances for customers who have purchased new ones, capturing all details, and confirming registrations.
* Explaining legal warranties, offers, and informing about consumer and additional insurances.
Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if :
* You are a native speaker of French and Dutch.
* You have at least 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service environments.
* You possess a strong commercial profile, good sales techniques, and the ability to handle objections.
