We are looking for a SENIOR ARCHITECT with a minimum of 10 years of experience, with the ability to lead large-scale projects in the Concept, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Site Supervision phases, coordinating internal and external teams and managing the relationship with the client.
As a Senior Architect, we'd be looking for you to oversee and manage projects and teams, but you will also be involved in the production of projects. You would be managing the design process, scheduling workflow and outputs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs which align with our ethos and vision. You’ll be supported by a local Associate and Director of Architecture alongside our wider practice support team. You will be working primarily in the retail sector, but not excluding other sectors, in a variety of geographies, including internationally, and we would like you to play a wider role in building your network and profile in Madrid, supporting us in job acquisition and business development. Good command of English
Project and team running experience
Minimum 10 years of experience, with the ability to lead large-scale projects in the concept, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Site Supervision phases
Fluency in Spanish and English
Commercial awareness, knowledge of Spanish Building Regulations and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required
Proven client-facing project architect capable of running the design process and then delivering the project as a team leader and primary point of contact
