You will provide insight, conduct deep discovery and demonstrate differentiation to clients to win new business, expand existing accounts, and provide exceptional service to all current and potential clients. /ppbr/ppbThe Perks /b /pulliCompetitive base salary /liliUncapped commission. /liliAnnual all-inclusive company incentive trips. /liliCharitable and social responsibility opportunities. /liliHealth and well-being support /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you will contribute /b /pulliWorking as an Account Manager, your ability to build collaborative and productive partnerships with our team of recruiters will be essential throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure your clients’ hiring needs are fulfilled. /lilibYou will: /b /liliProvide insight and demonstrate differentiation to clients to win new business and support the expansion of existing accounts. /liliPartner with internal talent delivery teams to ensure client opportunity is sourced and fulfilled, (including oversight of sourcing, screening and onboarding). /liliProvide exceptional customer service at all times. /liliHave a keen interest in up-skilling on the latest market trends enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to clients. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you bring to the table: /b /pulliTwo to five years experience in recruitment sales and account management (including proven ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities). /liliAbility to demonstrate effectiveness in market territory planning. /liliAbility to effectively plan and execute a business development strategy. /liliProven experience working in a performance-based environment. /liliPassion for networking and communicating both virtually and in person. /liliGrit, tenacity, and determination. /li /ulpbr/ppbExtra Points if you have: /b /pulliDemonstrable recruitment experience within the technology sector. /liliPrior experience using Salesforce CRM tool. /liliExposure to industry standard services sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Business Value Messaging etc.). /li /ulpbr/ppbLooking for Career Growth?
