About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Sales Division at BD. The position reports to the Sales Lead. Main responsibilities will include:
- Understand and sell efficiently within the local business model and partner framework.
- Deep knowledge of health economics and tender processes, with the ability to influence decision makers.
- Uncover and develop partner needs, including benefit-based solutions and handling objections.
- Segment accounts and allocate resources and budgets, tracking targets and outcomes through SFDC.
- Serve as an ambassador for BD, aligning with policies and representing the company in various settings.
- Match selling skills and messaging, leveraging stakeholder relationships.
- Engage in self-development, including attending sales meetings, training, and product education.
About you:
- University Degree in health sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacology, etc.)
- 1 year sales experience in medical devices
- Upper intermediate English level
- Location: Granada or Málaga
