At Intertek, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment, based on a culture of respect and appreciation for diversity in all its forms.**Puesto**:What Awaits You?As a Freelance Mechanical and Welding Inspector, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that carries out mechanical completion activities and shares or escalates potential quality issues or concerns to the lead inspector. You will be provided with all the necessary theoretical and practical training to carry out the activities autonomously.**Responsibilities**:Upon completing your training, you will be able to manage the following activities:- Good understanding of the following documents: Isometrics, P&ID;, Piping Specifications, and Welding & NDT qualifications.- Knowledge of quality processes: inspection notification, punch list management, and understanding of ITP/QCP.- Field Mechanical and Welding inspection experience (preferably on Module construction projects).- Knowledge of applicable Codes ASME B31.3 and API 6D.- Experience as a Resident Final Customer Mech & Weld inspector (preferred resident experience versus on-call inspections).- Positive teamwork approach.- Experience in certificate review (OEM certification, ITRs, etc.).**Requisitos**:Qualification in Mechanical, Welding, or related fields.Previous experience in mechanical and welding inspection.Knowledge of English.Valid driver's license.
