Requirements

- Lead operational strategy and international expansion efforts, including market entry, establishment of local offices, and scaling of operations.
- Design and implement business operations establishing robust pathways for product distribution and customer acquisition.
- Manage global supply chain operations to optimize quality and efficiency while reducing costs.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and legal standards in every market.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a COO, Vice President of Operations, or a similar leadership role with a background in international business expansion.
- Strong operational and business acumen, with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in the alarm systems, security technology, or related industries preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
