We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our operations in Spain and ensure smooth and compliant HR administration locally.
This role will work closely with HR Europe, external payroll providers, and local management, providing day-to-day HR support and coordinating key HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
Coordinate payroll administration with external labor advisors
Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offers
Coordinate training and employee development activities
Support labor relations processes and ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations
Requirements
Experience in HR administration in Spain
Good knowledge of Spanish labor law
Experience working with payroll providers or labor advisors
Fluent Spanish and professional level of English
