Role Overview\nAs a Solution Specialist, you will work closely with business clients to understand their needs and propose suitable cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining sales expertise with technical understanding to drive value and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with B2B customers and identify business needs
\n
- Recommend and position cloud-based solutions
\n
- Manage and develop customer relationships
\n
- Drive solution adoption and revenue growth
\n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
\n
\nMandatory Requirements\n
\n
- Fluent English + one Nordic language (SE / NO / DK / FI)
\n
- Strong B2B tech sales experience
\n
- Preferably in cloud technologies (Azure, cloud solutions, etc.)
\n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
\n

- €36,000 gross/year

- Up to €6,000 gross/year performance bonus (OTE)
