This is a global role operating across multiple markets, regions, and cultures, acting as interface between Integral Supply Chain and the International Markets organization.
The position
You will join the Global Supply Chain organization with direct report to the VP of Global Supply Chain and be responsible for ensuring reliable product supply and alignment across international and partner markets. The role combines demand planning expertise with strong business partnering, project management, translating market needs into supply chain actions and ensuring that supply constraints, risks, and opportunities are clearly understood and managed. You will play a critical role in securing supply to international markets, supporting decision-making, and driving transparency across the end-to-end supply chain.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as Supply Chain Business Partner to the International Markets organization.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different markets, cultures, and regions.
- Ensure alignment between global supply chain priorities, regional commercial strategies and financial targets.
- Support prioritization and allocation decisions in constrained supply situations.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, manufacturing, and distribution to balance demand and supply.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for international markets.
- Consolidate inputs from multiple markets into a global demand view.
- Lead or support demand and market discussions as part of the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process.
- Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
- Drive continuous improvements in global planning processes.
The position is based in Madrid, Spain. Some international travel is to be expected.
