Tempe - International Online Commercial Strategy Manager
Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group, based in Alicante, with over 2000 professionals from various nationalities. The Group's brands—Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius—are represented within Tempe, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product, and Distribution teams.
Job Responsibilities:
* Define, plan, and execute the online commercial strategy for the season across international markets and assigned lines, including product selection and setting directives for commercial, distribution, and communication objectives.
* Provide necessary information and content for the press minisite of the brand and various showrooms to promote product appearance.
* Define the product image for each campaign, including presentation, styling, and details in collaboration with the Image team.
* Assess and select products suitable for international markets, identifying market gaps and needs.
* Plan and execute the product's commercial strategy, including product lifecycle, collection updates, cross-selling with clothing collections, and inclusion in special content.
* Determine appropriate timing and quantities for stock in the online shop and plan initial product roll-out in international markets.
* Ensure availability and quality of content necessary for sales, such as graphics, descriptions, translations, and product details.
* Propose comprehensive communication plans across various channels (web, social media), coordinating graphic material development for marketing activities.
* Generate web metric analyses to identify product and merchandising needs, providing insights for business decision-making.
Academic Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or related fields.
* Master’s or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing; qualifications specializing in fashion are highly regarded.
Specific Knowledge:
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
* Experience in Sales and Marketing.
* Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and Marketplaces is highly valued.
