Are you an experienced Property Manager with a passion for managing luxury short-term rentals? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges? We are looking for a dedicated Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee our portfolio of high-end properties in and around Marbella.
As a Short-Term Rental Manager, you will work closely with our team to ensure that all properties are impeccably maintained, guest-ready, and optimised for maximum profitability. This role demands a proactive individual who can handle on-call duties, engage effectively with clients across various platforms, and provide a seamless experience for both property owners and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in pristine condition after each rental.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage reviews on social media platforms and rental sites.
- Utilise property management software to streamline operations and automate routine tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks, including HOA paperwork and preparation of rental agreements.
- Showcase properties to potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to address on-call needs, including weekends and evenings, while enjoying the freedom to plan your own days.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure properties are always guest-ready.
- Monitor and manage property listings on platforms such as Airbnb and other rental sites.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on rental trends and pricing strategies.
- Implement and manage guest communication protocols to ensure a seamless rental experience.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and ordinances related to short-term property rentals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, particularly in short-term rentals.
- Familiarity with property management software and platforms like Airbnb.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in English and Spanish is required, Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable engaging with clients on social media and within the community.
- Positive, energetic, and adept at motivating and leading a team.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car.
- Residency in Marbella or surrounding areas.
