The Technical & Business Analyst will provide end-to-end analysis and solution design for Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions within the Sales & Marketing domain, with a strong focus on API-driven integrations across multiple channels and touchpoints.
This role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable, and testable technical specifications while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner closely with Product Owners to elicit, clarify, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring scope control and stakeholder alignment.
* Own API integration analysis for new and existing connections, including interface specifications and impact assessments.
* Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for major releases; prepare pilot user groups and consolidate feedback into structured improvement proposals.
* Drive incident triage and root-cause analysis across integrations and touchpoints, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation in ServiceNow and Confluence.
* Support Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) and maintain transparent documentation of changes, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
* Contribute to compliance and architecture documentation (e.g. LeanIX) and support annual checks (EPA, Mitigation) in collaboration with security stakeholders.
* Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure API health, stability, and product quality.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Business Informatics, or Mathematics.
* Alternatively, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
Languages
* Fluent English (B2-C1) – mandatory
* German is a plus
* Additional languages are an advantage
Technical Knowledge
* Solid understanding of DAM platforms and content distribution architectures.
