The Amazon Customer Experience System (ACES) team in the JP Amazon Logistics division (AMZL) is looking for a passionate Program Manager with an expertise in process improvement and process standardization. This position will drive the overall optimization of the last mile operations network in Japan, ensuring continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the ultimate goal of maximizing customer benefits for Amazon Logistics Japan. Key job responsibilities
* Understand on‑site operations, extract and document best practices, and create standard work
* Identify issues with current processes and implement improvements
* Work on large‑scale programs and initiatives with stakeholders at all levels across departments and regions
* Work very closely with delivery station operations, account management, technology, retail, and customer service teams

* 現状のプロセスの課題をみつけ改善を実施する。

AMXL JP is a single‑threaded organization that owns Amazon's end‑to‑end Heavy & Bulky (H&B) logistics network, delivering shipments, services, and support to consumers and businesses in a safe, reliable, seamless, standardized, and sustainable way that surprises and delights customers. Our delivery partners have extensive experience in H&B delivery and provide special handling services such as room‑of‑choice delivery, installation/assembly, and recycling/hauling.

Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with non‑tech teams
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
* Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links, etc.)
* Experience in English‑language communication skills, both written and verbal
* 3+ years of driving process improvements
* Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N2+)
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
