The Role
As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you will support the team in executing high-impact influencer campaigns and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing in a fast-paced, international agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a leading creative agency.
Job Functions
- Assist in researching influencers aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Support influencer outreach and communication, ensuring timely responses and coordination.
- Help monitor campaign progress and gather deliverables for client reporting.
- Participate in competitive and trend analysis within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
- Aid in organizing internal documentation, databases, and team assets.
- Attend brainstorming and creative meetings, offering fresh, Gen-Z-aligned insights.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar field is a plus
- Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and content trends.
- Familiarity with platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team setting.
- Fluent in English
