* 5+ years leading ML/AI teams at product companies with strategic decision‐making experience
* Deep Computer Vision + Diffusion/GenAI expertise with hands‐on large model training
* Foundational model training experience – billion+ parameter models end‐to‐end
* Team scaling experience – 8+ people, proven hiring and mentorship track record
* Cross‐functional collaboration – can work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
* Technical depth for mentorship – diagnose code issues, debug training failures, analyse performance bottlenecks and guide ICs through complex challenges
