Resource Management, Team Building- Project execution in accordance with Gamesa Electric processes and tools- Coordination with other areas: Technology, Industrialization, Procurement, Manufacturing, supply-chain and as well with external suppliers and partners- Risk Assessment- Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.G. budget, time, functionality).- Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.- Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.- Manages a network of technical specialists in order to realize customer specific components.- Coordinates the Engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces.- Performs technical risk management.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
