We're looking for **Norwegian** speaking Customer Service Representatives for an exciting banking project in the beautiful Málaga!
**What you'll do**:
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 08.00 -16.00, Friday from 09.00 - 16.00

**What we're looking for**:
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and advanced level of English
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
- Have previous experience in customers service
- Have good communication, written and listening skills
**It would be a plus if**:
- Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field
Pay: 20,400.00€ - 24,000.00€ per year

- Benalmádena, Málaga provincia: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

- Norwegian C2 + English B2 (required)
