About the Role
* Deliver product demos, configure products in test systems, and execute operational tasks during demos (e.g., creating policies, approving underwriting, creating claims) to ensure smooth and tailored demonstrations for client-specific needs.
* Take responsibility for responding to RFIs and RFPs, deepening your understanding of the Peak3 platform while continuously improving the response repository for accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
* Engage with senior customer representatives, understand their requirements, and present solutions aligned with their business goals.
* Develop compelling slide decks and presentations to showcase Peak3's platform capabilities and benefits. Use storytelling techniques to engage clients with technical material.
* Ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Delivery by acting as the primary or shadow Business Analyst/Account Manager.
* Support the initial implementation phase, manage the handover to the delivery team, and assist Product Managers and Project Managers to ensure alignment with client expectations and delivery goals.
* Support the Business Development team in prospecting efforts, market events, talks, and webinars by providing subject-matter expertise and engaging with potential clients or partners to showcase the value of our platform.
* Work closely with Product and Technical teams to support customer onboarding and solution delivery.
Your Skills and Experience
* At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry and presales/customer onboarding.
* Good understanding of insurance technology, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with expertise in creating and delivering presentations to senior-level stakeholders.
* Experience managing and responding to RFIs and RFPs, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
* Excellent spoken and written English and German language proficiency is required.
