Our client is Xerox , a US business globally recognised , providing print and digital document solutions across more than 160 countries.
They are currently looking for a new team member to join their Order-to-Cash (OTC / O2C) team in Barcelona, within the finance operations department, as a Customer Operations Specialist - BeNeLux Market .
Your Day to Day Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and manage workflow efficiently to meet targets and service standards
- Handle order processing , order entry , and order fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Process customer orders, returns, and amendments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Review orders for completeness, correct pricing, billing details, shipping information, and other required documentation before processing
- Maintain and update customer information , order notes , billing data , and shipping data within the ERP/CRM system
- Act as the main point of contact for order-related inquiries , providing excellent customer support and timely resolutions
- Monitor order status and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality order handling and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical guidelines consistently
- Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of automated order management and order processing workflows
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Experience in order management, order entry, or sales customer service
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and quality
- Solid communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, written and spoken
- Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience with SAP or other CRM/ERP systems
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
- Confidence using computer systems and standard business software
