The position requires close collaboration with Amazon Engineering, Dematic cross-functional teams, and commercial stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals for Amazon fulfillment, sortation, and logistics facilities across Europe.

Responsibilities & QualificationsYou will be responsible for:
Proposal Development: Produce customer-ready proposals for Dematic automation solutions for Amazon.
Support bid packages, pricing, and technical content for RFPs/RFQs.
Maintain templates and standard proposal materials.
Specifications & Compliance
Review Amazon specs and requirements.
Coordinate internally to assess compliance, exceptions, and mitigation plans.
Compile clear specification responses and track updates to Amazon standards.
Amazon Engineering Interface
Act as main liaison with Amazon Engineering during pre-sales.
Lead technical discussions and ensure alignment with Amazon guidelines.
Support Q&A, clarifications, and technical workshops.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with Account Management on bid strategy.
Gather technical inputs from Engineering, Solutions, and PM.
Validate regulatory and safety requirements with Legal and Compliance.
Quality & Process Improvement
Review proposal content for accuracy and consistency.
Identify documentation gaps and drive process improvements.
Maintain version control of specs and proposal materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Communications, or similar.
2–5 years of experience in proposal development, technical documentation, or engineering coordination (ideally in automation/industrial systems).
Understanding of material handling automation, warehouse operations, or industrial engineering.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize technical input clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
proposal tools are a plus.
Fluency in English;
Spanish or other EU languages are beneficial.
