Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the MES landscape's transformation toward a cloud-native architecture, collaborating with a global team to deliver scalable MES deployments. You will partner with OT and IT units to ensure seamless shop-floor integration and robust data flows, while championing automation, standardization, and GMP-compliant practices. enable containerized deployments with Docker and Oracle integration - Automate, integrate, standardize, optimize and operate MES solutions based on existing templates - Provide lifecycle support (design, planning, implementation, run) for local and global manufacturing solutions - Lead global MES implementation projects at production sites in collaboration with IT units and business - Collaborate with OT teams to ensure seamless MES integration with shop floor systems and understand OT data flows - Support creation/configuration of Master Batch Records (MBRs) within manufacturing and quality processes - Provide incident and problem management for MES deployments across regions;
ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement - Lead structured investigations into recurring or high-impact MES issues using RCA methods (5 Whys, Fishbone) - Document investigations per GMP/regulatory standards to support audit readiness and traceability - Analyze incident trends to propose improvements to MES templates, deployment strategies, or integrations - Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on outcomes and next stepsResponsabilidades - 3-5 years in production processes with IT/engineering - Knowledge or experience with MES (Körber PAS-X 3.2/3.3) is a plus - Strong knowledge of IT infra (Windows/Linux, Citrix) and DBs (Oracle/PostgreSQL) - Team player with ability to learn, solution-oriented, comfortable in international environments - Excellent English proficiency - Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Engineering, or related natural sciences - Understanding of OT environments and their role in pharmaceutical manufacturing (data acquisition and control) - Nice to have: Docker or OpenShift/Kubernetes knowledge - Nice to have: MBR design/lifecycle management in MES;
