Background and knowledge
* Degrees in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.
* Advanced user of Analytics / BI solutions. Python programming skills required.

Overview
CPM seeks a candidate to join the team and focus on coordinating with Sales, Operations, & Risk departments the governing, administration, and updating of our client-related needs and tools: Onboarding, measuring portfolio KPIs, and our CRM. The team covers GM sales needs globally.
Key responsibilities include :
* Coordinate with Sales / Bankers and Delegated Functions to establish priorities of the onboarding pipeline.
* Promote the necessary creation, modifications, and adjustments of E2E onboarding guidelines for sales.
* Work jointly with FO and BO to improve communication between teams, analyze common operational errors, promote process manuals, and troubleshoot information throughout the workflow.
* Collaborate in developing data-driven processes to identify uncovered clients, utilize data about a client’s industry, competitors, and define and execute a commercial strategy to approach them, identify cross-sell opportunities, and prioritize prospects to expand our franchise.
* Work on the implementation and use of the CRM system by sales teams.
