As an Operations & Network Management intern you will have the opportunity to:
1. Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
2. Enhance your skills with real-world experience
3. Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity
4. Maintain and update process guidelines and documentation.
5. Prepare presentations and materials for ongoing projects.
6. Support the calculation of insurance policies, including Late Letters and Reinsurance Slips (RI Slips).
7. Maintain and update global databases for brokers and incoming submissions.
8. Analyse datasets for reporting and presentations, ensuring data quality and clear communication of results.
9. Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
10. Collaborate in projects related to business, technology, processes and global network alignment.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!
11. Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
12. Interested in the Insurtech world.
13. Available for at least a 6-month part-time/internship program.
14. Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
15. A good team player with a responsible, can-do attitude.
16. Background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar fields.
17. Interest in the insurance sector and multinational environments.
18. Strong analytical skills and good command of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data handling).
19. Comfortable working in English in an international environment.
