Location: FULL REMOTE (Spain)

Responsabilities:
• Analyze and resolve user (sales agents) reported incidents and respond to inquiries in a timely manner and ensuring user satisfaction
• Monitor production environments to identify and address potential issues, patterns and potentially root causes.
• Process Optimization by evaluating existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements of the current solution
• Identify potential process gaps that could enhance the agent sales process, and escalate to lifecycle.
• Create external documentation to reduce basic support requests and internal documentation to expand the knowledge base.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders (mainly IT support) to convey complex business processes in understandable terms.
Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with an agile mindset
• Background in user or customer support
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Solid understanding of complex business processes and comfort working with IT systems
• Proficiency in English
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret system logs and monitor data effectively
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Experience using Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of Signavio
