You will lead a team of SDRs and AEs based in Barcelona, drive enterprise pipeline across all markets, and build the operational foundation for Oppizi to scale from its current position to market leadership in offline performance marketing. brThis is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a senior sales leader who combines enterprise deal expertise with the hunger and agility of a startup operator. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team and a strong candidate for a future CRO mandate. brResponsibilities brRevenue Ownership brOwn and deliver global new business ARR targets across all Oppizi markets brBuild and manage a healthy, predictable pipeline with rigorous stage discipline and coverage ratios brLead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close, including executive-level negotiations brDevelop a Land and Expand playbook/strategy to grow revenue within existing accounts brExecute with our General Managers the Land and Expand playbook Team Leadership brManage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs and AEs based in Barcelona and in Australia brBuild a performance culture grounded in accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement brSet clear KPIs, run weekly pipeline reviews, and hold the team to a consistent sales methodology brLead, train, and oversee your SDR team, with a focus on outbound sequences. brPartner with the CEO, CMO, and leadership team on territory design, quota setting, and hiring as the business evolves GTM Strategy brCollaborate with CMO and the marketing team on ICP definition, ABM strategy, and campaign execution to drive qualified pipeline brCollaborate with COO to plan accordingly international expansions brWork cross-functionally with operations and product to ensure client onboarding and expansion success brRepresent Oppizi at key industry events and build strategic relationships with enterprise prospects globally brProvide structured feedback to the CEO and product team on market signals, competitive dynamics, and pricing Revenue Operations brOwn CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy; run the business off data brDefine and continuously improve the sales process, objection handling frameworks, and deal review cadence brLeverage AI-powered sales tools and Oppizi's internal agent stack to increase team productivity and pipeline quality brRegular International travels will be required to support international prospects/clients You might thrive in this role if you: brClose enterprise deals. Requirements br7 to 15 years of B2 B sales experience and sales management in startup or scale-up environments, with at least 5 years in Saa S. brProven track record of leading and closing enterprise deals internationally. brDeep expertise in Land and Expand sales motions. brDemonstrated experience managing SDR and AE teams, with strong coaching and development instincts. brExperience selling into horizontal markets across multiple verticals and geographies. brFluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong plus (French, German). brBased in Barcelona or willing to relocate; full-time in-office position. brExperience with Hubspot, Clay, and Lemlist is a plus. brWillingness and ability to travel frequently.
