We’re looking for a Country Marketing Manager based in Madrid to act as the strategic and commercial engine of our Spanish operations. As Country Marketing Manager – Spain, your mission is to drive growth, visibility, and revenue across our Spanish venues, with Madrid as your clear priority.
You will be deeply embedded in the Madrid market, activating local culture, building partnerships, and driving immediate commercial impact. Drive Growth & Performance (Strategy & Execution)
Design and execute a 360º local marketing strategy with a strong focus on maximizing the potential of the Madrid flagship.
Analyze performance across campaigns and activations (CAC, footfall, partnership leads, revenue impact).
Optimize budgets and tactics based on data, not assumptions.
Build Partnerships & Commercial Opportunities
Proactively identify, pitch, and close partnerships with brands, agencies, and corporates in Madrid.
Act as the external face of IKONO in Madrid’s cultural, creative, and commercial ecosystem.
Activate the Brand & Local Culture
Act as a local culture insider, understanding the city’s social scene, influencers, and tastemakers.
Provide strategic marketing guidance for the Barcelona venue.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Spain-wide objectives.
Collaborate with local teams to support performance without managing day-to-day execution.
4+ years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships, or Sales, ideally within Entertainment, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Cultural industries.
~ Established professional network in Madrid (brands, agencies, PR, cultural players).
~ Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English. Catalan is a plus.
