**¿Dónde trabajarás?**:Our client is a general leader retail company specialized in motocross and mountain biking gear and everything they make is developed with the rider in mind.**¿Qué harás?**:- We are looking for creative, self-driven, dynamic and experienced people with high communicative skills, to join their team in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).- Being a motocross, BMX, or mountain bike enthusiast is a plus.- You will establish payment plans for outstanding accounts within department guidelines- You will issue daily receipts report- You will discuss with sales rep, country manager and credit control manager before threateningany action against a dealer according to company policy- You will provide sales force with feedback on credit limits, payment terms and payment historybefore pre book season- You will review accounts to determine if orders outside credit terms can be released- You will maintain account notes on SAP and make credit control manager aware of any issues- You will send dealer statements / copy invoices on request- You will reconciliate of dealer accounts if required- You will provide monthly analysis of your ledgers to the credit control manager.**¿A quién buscamos?**:- You are the person we are looking for if:- You speak fluently in Spanish (Level - C1 Minimum.)- You speak fluently in French (Level - C1 Minimum.)- You speak fluently in English (Level - C1 Minimum.)- You have previous experience in the Collector Sector (mandatory).- You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- You have advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel).- You have experience on Zendesk platform.- You have experience on back-office Operations system: SAP.**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:- What is offered- Competitive salary.- Hybrid schedule 2 days from home 3 in the office.- Temporary Contract 5 months- Full time from Monday to Friday from 9 - 18h (1h for lunch).- Training.- Inmediate incorporation.- Ticket Restaurant for workers who go to the office.**¿Necesitas + info?**:Ruben Martinez- (+34) 93 606 57 00 (Ext.149)
