Overview
The Venture Implementation & Launch Lead plays a critical global role in turning new venture concepts into operational reality. You will translate strategy into a feasible, compliant, and launch‑ready operating model, enabling business units to execute successful market openings. Working across multiple global functions and regional teams, you will orchestrate cross‑functional alignment, drive launch readiness, and embed repeatable processes that enable scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Global Implementation Framework
1. Build and continuously improve a standardized global implementation framework (critical path, governance, and KPIs) used by all BUs for venture launches.
Cross‑Functional Orchestration (Global)
2. Align global functions on scope, deliverables, and timeline; unblock decisions and escalate effectively at leadership level.
3. Translate strategy into executable plans, balancing speed, compliance, and commercial outcomes.
Launch Readiness & Governance
4. Define and run launch readiness processes (checkpoints, risk mitigation, go/no‑go criteria) to ensure markets open on time and on standard.
BU Enablement & Support
5. Provide business units with frameworks, tools, and hands‑on guidance needed to execute launches successfully.
6. Partner closely with regional teams while keeping ownership of local execution with the BUs.
Replicability & Continuous Improvement
7. Capture learnings, codify best practices, and embed feedback loops so each subsequent launch is more efficient and predictable.

Experience
14. 10–15+ years in operations, commercialization, program management, or large‑scale launches.
15. Demonstrated track record of bringing new business models, formats, or propositions to market.
16. Experience partnering with regional/BUs without owning local execution.
17. Preferred experience in global FMCG, food, or retail environments.
18. Successful navigation of corporate processes while maintaining speed.
