Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales departments to collaborate with sales and visit customers;
- Provide effective frontline technical support for customers regarding BMK’s services;
- Answer questions related to workflow, specific operations, result analysis, etc., to support sales order and utilization/revenue growth;
- Coordinate service processes and provide effective technical guidance to customers;
- Provide technical support to the marketing and sales departments;
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical activities, participate in various publicity campaigns such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and other on-site activities in the relevant territories;
- Monitor the competition and market development and report findings back to internal teams;
- Perform other tasks as needed to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. background in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Sequencing, NGS Sequencing or related fields (Essential), with a bioinformatics background preferred;
- General workingknowledge of bioinformatics and sequence analysis methods;
- Clear vision and sense of responsibility, willing to provide excellent service to customers;
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide information back to customers in a helpful, courteous, positive and professional manner;
- Good communication skills, able to establish good cooperation relationships with various departments within the company and customers;
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, able to complete training and daily communication;
- Able to adapt to domestic and international business trips;
- Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
Highly desirable:
- Candidates with Chinese language skills will be given priority.
- Solid background of lab experience in research-related fields such as clinical, human disease, animal genomics, and microbiology;
- Knowledge and practical experience with NGS platforms;
- Experience in participating in seminars related to NGS industry.
