Experteer Overview As a European Sales Subsidiary Controlling partner, you will act as the finance business partner and controlling lead for designated European subsidiaries, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with Group standards. You will drive performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while supporting the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and promoting process standardization across Shared Services Financial Controlling. Your work enables cross-functional decision making and financial insight at scale across Europe.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for assigned subsidiaries
- Review SAP postings (P&L;, cost allocations, accruals, provisions)
- Monitor balance sheet positions relevant to Group performance
- Partner with sales subsidiaries to provide commercial insight
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
- Perform variance analysis vs budget/forecast/prior periods
- Use KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and explain deviations
- Drive process alignment and standardization across the Shared Services Financial Controlling team
- Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration activities (testing, validation, reconciliation)Responsabilidades
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in management controlling or commercial finance
- Experience using SAP ECC, readiness for SAP S/4HANA post-migration
- Understanding of sales P&L; structures, margin analysis, and commercial cost drivers
- Experience operating within Group accounting policies
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel periodically across Europe
- English fluent (spoken and written); Spanish working proficiency; German working knowledge (nice to have)Requisitos principales
