What You'll Achieve

- Drive Brand Growth & Strategy: You will develop, manage, and implement comprehensive annual marketing and brand growth plans, ensuring total alignment with our strategic guidelines.
- Pioneer Innovation: You will coordinate the launch of exciting brand innovations across sales channels and implement robust innovation plans.
- Master Market Dynamics: You will analyze market data, competitors, and consumer feedback to identify new business opportunities and anticipate emerging industry trends, keeping our category ahead of the curve.
- Optimize Product Portfolios: You will propose strategic modifications to our brand portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement and perfect adaptation to evolving user needs and expectations.
- Lead High-Impact Communication: You will coordinate dynamic brand communication plans with external agencies to amplify our market presence and resonate with our target audience.
- Maximize Digital & Financial Performance: You will measure, analyze, and monitor marketing actions with a special focus on digital channels, while also taking ownership of the category budget control to ensure maximum efficiency.

Who You Are

The Essentials (Must Have):

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG Marketing team.
- Proven expertise in Competitive and Market Analysis, Project Management, Communication, and Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or Circana.
- Exceptional language skills: C1 level in English and fluency (C2) in Spanish.
- A highly analytical, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making abilities.
- An agile, collaborative, and fast-moving team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

The Plus (Nice to Have):

- Master's Degree in Market Research, Marketing, or an MBA.
- Previous experience in brand management within convenience channels is highly valued.
