Role Overview
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to handle second-line technical support and own systems administration tasks. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with the discipline to maintain the systems the company runs on.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve escalated tickets that the help desk couldn't close
Administer SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta)
Manage device fleet, including provisioning, MDM, and lifecycle
Implement and maintain identity, access, and basic security controls
Document procedures and improve IT runbooks
Partner with security and engineering on systems improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in IT support, sysadmin, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and major SaaS platforms
Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD)
Working knowledge of networking, DNS, and basic security principles
Comfortable scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
