Experteer Overview
In this role you will influence and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue across the network, collaborating with the Revenue Management and cross-functional teams. You will design data-driven pricing, automate reporting, and implement promotional initiatives that boost engagement and profitability. You’ll help scale pricing processes through automation and work closely with tech and commercial partners to align pricing with the broader strategy. This position offers a chance to shape pricing outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at a leading European low-cost airline.

• Design, implement, and evaluate data-driven pricing strategies to optimize fare structures and commercial initiatives
• Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to monitor pricing performance and revenue KPIs
• Create analytical tools, scripts, and technical solutions to improve pricing workflows and automate repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with Routes Optimization, Systems, Data and VY Tech teams to implement process improvements in pricing flows
• Implement promotional campaigns and configure special pricing products with Sales, Digital, and Marketing
• Identify and address pricing inefficiencies to ensure transparency among technical stakeholders
• Support cross-functional projects impacting total commercial revenue with Network, Scheduling, Ancillaries, Data Science, and IT teams
Responsabilidades
• Mandatory experience in R, Alteryx, Python, or SQL (or equivalent)
• 1 year of experience in airline pricing, revenue management, or analytical roles is a plus
• English at B2 level, Spanish at C1
