Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be at the heart of our development strategy.

More than just a sales position, this is a key role with a direct impact on the company's growth—and the potential to become a partner in the firm.

• Strong understanding of the insurance sector and IT challenges
• Proficiency in complex sales cycles
• Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and a strong results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Spanish required — French and/or English preferred
• High-level Operational Technical Team
