Job Purpose: Responsible for providing technical solutions and responding to questions, concerns, and needs. Identifies customer needs early in the process in addition to support the logistic coordination and invoicing.
Accountabilities: Essential functions and responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
* Offers qualification and its study and optimization.
* Selects, prices, quotes, closes, and enters all HVAC related products/services.
* Prepares and maintains project files for business quoted.
* Responsible for order follow-up, order expediting and invoicing.
* Interface customers as support to sales force.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3-year experience in Customer care Departments with technical and administrative tasks.
* Used to use Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Word and Excel ) and ERP
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to communicate effectively with others over the phone. Sales skills. Ability to communicate in English.
REASONING ABILITY
Proactive, positive and possibilist person with ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Teamwork and multitask orientation.
