At Hays we are currently looking for a Windows Infrastructure Engineer to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of the Windows server environment and related infrastructure services. This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of the Windows infrastructure across the organization.

What are the requirements?
* 3 years of experience supporting Windows Server environments .
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, clusters, and core services ( Active Directory, DNS, DHCP ).
* Experience handling incidents, changes, and service requests following ITIL processes .
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with infrastructure and support teams.
* Excellent level of written and spoken English
What will your responsibilities be?
* Perform Windows Server and Cluster operations, ensuring system reliability and high availability.
* Manage and support server hardware platforms such as HP ProLiant and Dell .
* Handle Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Service Requests in line with ITIL processes.
* Conduct regular system health checks to maintain optimal performance and stability.
* Implement and align parameter and configuration changes according to defined standards.
* Execute standard run operations and routine maintenance activities.
* Monitor the Windows infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve issues.
* Administer and support core Windows services including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
