This role will also support client relationships, contribute to sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced airport environment. /p pb Job Responsibilities /b /p ulli Assist in the planning, controlling and execution of all matters related to the running of the Sales Department. /lili Monitoring all aspects of the marketplace, obtain competitor research and report back on all market trends in a structured way. Compile reports on findings to present to Senior Management. /lili Responsible for the Madrid enquiry handling for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and Aerotel /lili Responsible for bringing in new clients /lili Responsible for creating sales reports for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and Aerotel /lili Support the lounges and Hotel with the communication of new promotions generated by local PPG and HQ Sales. Duties to include cascading information to the lounges and hotel. /lili Liaising with key departments in Madrid and HQ and working closely with other sales team (inside and outside PPG) to create synergy and get benchmark /lili Close liaison with the Finance and Marketing teams to ensure alignment /li /ul pb Job Requirements /b /p ulli University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines, with 1-2 year(s) relevant experience /lili Excellent Market research practices and techniques /lili Experience analysing data /lili Strong understanding of travel industry is a definite advantage /lili Having strong communication skills and being an analytic decision maker and excellent attention to detail /lili Good problem-solving skills and excellent phone and presentation skills /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. /lili Good command of spoken and written skills in English and Spanish /li /ul
