We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with 4-5 years of proven commercial experience. Knowledge / background in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) market would be preferred, but not mandatory.
Reporting to the head of the assigned vertical, and in cooperation with marketing and operations staff, role responsibilities will include the follow up of the sales plan defined by the company, business development (new accounts / leads and existing accounts) and management of existing customer accounts (strategy definition, commercial proposal preparation, pricing, deal negotiation and closure, as well as commercial support for ongoing services for the assigned customers).
will be able to use CRM tools to create pricing structures and proposals for the clients and track these proposals through closure.
will be also responsible for receiving the PO and registering the project within an ISO 17025 accredited quality system.
Bachelor degree; Master Degree or MBA would be a plus.
Engineering background in Telecommunications, Electrical or Computer Science (or similar) would be an asset.
Fluent in Spanish and English; French and German would be a plus.
International work experience in the TIC industry with know-how of wireless Technologies like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, WLAN, Cellular Technologies and Internet of Things (LTE Cat M1, NB-IoT, LoRA, SigFox, etc).
Familiarity with wireless industry certification schemes, such as Bluetooth SIG, Wi-Fi Alliance, NFC Forum, GCF, PTCRB; and Regulatory and Compliance requirements in different Vertical Markets (Connected Car / Automotive, Medical Devices, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Safety).
