The Opportunity This is a high-impact, production-focused role where you’ll lead the charge in growing our cyber insurance footprint. Reporting directly to the Cyber Product Manager for Europe, you’ll work hand-in-hand with local underwriting teams to deliver smart, sustainable growth—balancing commercial drive with technical diligence. You’ll assist in building strong broker and client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and shaping solutions that reflect the dynamic nature of cyber risk.
Your New Role Drive profitable growth of QBE’s cyber portfolio across Continental Europe, with a strong focus on new business production.
Collaborate closely with local underwriting teams to ensure alignment with our risk appetite and technical standards.
Support the Cyber Product Manager for Europe in executing regional strategy and product development initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to brokers and clients, offering insight, education, and thought leadership on cyber risk.
Represent QBE at industry events and forums, enhancing our visibility and credibility in the cyber space.
About you Deep experience in cyber insurance, underwriting, or business development within the European market.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering growth.
Technically sound, with the ability to balance production goals with underwriting discipline.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder, fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit.
