The projectAs a Shop-in-Shop Manager, you will work closely with Area Managers to ensure consistent store operations and effective team management. You will drive commercial performance through strategic planning, sales analysis, and budget control. You will visit stores to gather feedback, manage systems, devices, and uniformity standards, and support teams through training and incentive management.
What will the role entail?Analyse sales and results and take direct action in-store.
Work with AMs to verify that they are effectively managing their staff and their duties.
Propose commercial strategies at both the product and staff levels.
Visit ECI stores to report feedback of all kinds.
