Reports to: General Manager
Multi-Wing is looking for a Production Manager to take full responsibility for production operations at our plant in La Roca, Catalona, Spain. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on production management, quality, operational performance, and financial results, working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, HR, Customer Service, and Finance.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production while driving continuous improvement, people development, and long-term operational stability in line with Multi-Wing's strategic objectives.
Production & Plant Operations
Lead and manage daily production operations, ensuring delivery, quality, and efficiency targets are met
Ensure stable production flow, optimal capacity utilization, and effective resource planning
Oversee production, quality, customer service, HR, and supply chain functions at plant level
Develop and execute production and plant strategies aligned with Multi-Wing's long-term goals
Define, track, and improve operational KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
Quality & Compliance
Ensure full responsibility for product and system quality, including ISO 9001 compliance
Review product-related contracts and quality documentation
Financial & Cost Management
Take ownership of production cost control and contribute to full plant P&L responsibility
Prepare and manage production budgets in collaboration with Finance
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety
People & Resource Management
Lead, coach, and develop production and quality teams
Make decisions related to hiring, performance evaluation, promotions, and development
Foster a safe, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environment
Actively contribute to Multi-Wing's sustainability initiatives within production
Identify and implement improvements related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible manufacturing
Proven experience in a Production Manager / Plant Manager / Operations Manager role
Strong background in mechanical or industrial manufacturing
Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001)
Demonstrated responsibility for production performance, costs, and people leadership
Strong people leader with hands-on, pragmatic management style
Continuous improvement mindset with high attention to quality and detail
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Experience working with ERP systems and production KPIs
