What will you do?
* Gestionar y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo del servicio.
* Lograr el Plan de Ventas y generación de ingresos del departamento: planificará acciones de dinamización y promoción y formará al equipo para la venta.
* Organizar y coordinar los diferentes servicios de Restauración/Bar.
* Controlar costes: gestionar los recursos disponibles de manera eficiente.
* Gestionar plantillas: se encargará de formar, motivar y desarrollar las habilidades y aptitudes de su equipo.
* Controlar la calidad del servicio prestado ajustándolo a las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, siguiendo instrucciones de Maitre.
What are we looking for?
* Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Hostelería, Grado en Turismo, formación en APPCC.
* Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.
* Idiomas: inglés alto, deseable segundo idioma.
* Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, maquinaria, producto y utensilios de cocina.
* Relaciones interpersonales (amabilidad, cordialidad, empatía, simpatía, asertividad).
* Con buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de escucha activa.
* Orientación al cliente.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y delegar. Que sepa planificar y organizar.
* Capacidad de resolución de posibles imprevistos y de toma de decisiones.
* Con habilidades comerciales.
* Capacidad para la gestión y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo.
* Imagen personal cuidada.
