You will be a key part of maintaining operational efficiency and contributing to the success of our Ibiza office.Key responsibilitiesProvide operational support to the Sales team across the full property lifecycle, from onboarding listings to deal completionCoordinate invoicing, financial follow-ups, and internal reporting to support business performanceMaintain accurate documentation and ensure all listing and client records are up to dateAct as CRM specialist, optimizing workflows and supporting digital tools and IT needsPartner with Commercial and Legal teams to streamline transactions and ensure smooth processesContribute to marketing initiatives, including listing launches, campaigns, and brand visibilityHelp create a best-in-class client experience by welcoming clients
