Provide health care and follow-up for center users, focusing on prevention, care, and harm reduction.Administer and supervise prescribed medical treatments.Coordinate with the medical and psychosocial team.Support and guide users in self-care and personal hygiene habits.Respond to medical emergencies.Maintain and update medical records according to center protocols.Job Conditions

Degree in Nursing.Experience working with addiction or socially excluded groups (highly valued).Knowledge in health intervention in mental health, addiction, or risk reduction contexts.Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.Sensitivity, empathy, and ethical commitment.Competencies
