Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Angular + Node
Help design, build, and scale the company’s platform using Angular on the front end and Node on the back end.

Responsibilities
- Shape features end to end, mentor developers, and bring modern delivery practices that keep quality high and lead time low.
- Design and implement modular, testable, and scalable components for the Fusion platform using Angular, Node, and TypeScript.
- Lead by example in code quality and refactor where it pays down risk or unlocks speed.
- Optimise performance across API and UI, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, debugging, and test practices for Angular applications.
- Coach teammates on Angular and Node fundamentals, patterns, and pragmatic engineering principles.
Core stack
- Frontend: Angular with TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Backend: Node with JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Optional: Ionic experience a plus.
- Data: MongoDB and other non-relational stores.
- Tools: Git, GitHub, CI/CD with Jenkins or similar, Linux and Windows familiarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience delivering production web applications, including 3+ years with Angular and strong Node expertise.
- Deep understanding of TypeScript, component architecture, RxJS patterns, and state management.
- Strong Node fundamentals, API design, error handling, observability, and performance tuning.
- Comfortable working in Windows/Unix/Linux environments and an understanding of hardware architecture/private Cloud infrastructures and deployment methodologies.
- Experience working in Jira within sprint cadences; using AI for refactors, tests, and boilerplate while keeping quality and security high.
- Experience optimising Angular builds and runtime performance at scale.
- Ionic for hybrid mobile flows.
- Testing tooling: Practical experience with Jest for unit and component tests, and Playwright for end-to-end and cross‑browser checks. Designing reliable test cases, stabilising flaky tests, and keeping feedback loops fast in CI.
- Collaborative delivery with Product and Customer Experience teams from design workshops to release reviews.
- Pragmatic engineering: value clear interfaces, maintainable code, and measurable outcomes over novelty.
Education
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
