Your Mission
To support our expansion, we are looking for an
Area Manager
to oversee:
~ The French market
~You will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy, bringing
our renewed product catalog
to the market and
opening new territories
.
Drive monthly sales targets and implement corrective actions with the Sales Director
Conduct
in-person sales visits
to clients
Ensure
data integration
with online clients
Monitor and optimize
online product presence
Supervise
order flow, planning, and delivery
with support from back office
Minimum 6 years of sales experience
in the outdoor/climbing sector in France
Fluent in French and English
(spoken and written)
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Proficiency with
Excel and MS Office
Background in the
industrial safety
or
rope access
sectors
Fluent in
Spanish or Catalan
Full support from our
marketing and back-office teams
Direct reporting to the
Sales Director / Executive Management
