Your work will highlight key use cases—from simulation and automation to standards compliance and design data / IP management—fueling engagement, lead generation, and product adoption This remote EU-based role offers the opportunity to shape how our tools are positioned and adopted across industries like Datacenters, 5G / 6G, and advanced radar systems. Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies aligned with business unit goals to drive pipeline growth and revenue.- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid media, content, account-based marketing) to attract and convert high-quality leads.- Develop multi-channel messaging framework and core content including whitepapers, eBooks, product demos, videos, and webcasts.- Design buyer journey, targeted engagement strategies and content to nurture leads through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.- Work with the global sales / field marketing team, product managers, and dedicated Marcom resources to refine your campaign plans and ensure that your content comes alive across digital and physical channels.- Coordinate launch strategies, including key messaging, segmentation strategies, promotional activities, and market positioning.- Track key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI), analyzes campaign performance, and leverage insights to refine tactics and maximize impact.Qualifications :
Required- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.- Experience working in the Semiconductor, Electronics, or Networking sectors.- Several years of proven industrial experience in content-driven roles such as product marketing, technical marketing, or engineering communication.- Proven ability to create compelling, technically rich content tailored to engineering audiences (whitepapers, videos, eBooks, webinars, etc.).- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and persuasive narratives.- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with a digital-first perspective.- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and positioning.- Skilled in working within cross-functional, global teams in fast-paced, agile environments.- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Desired- Advanced knowledge of High-Speed Digital Design or adjacent domains.- Familiarity with technologies such as PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, Chiplets, IoT.- Experience with data / IP management tools like Cliosoft, Perforce, IC Manage, etc.- Prior exposure to Keysight EDA tools (e.G., ADS, EMPro, SystemVue) or other industry-standard EDA software like Virtuoso, HFSS, MATLAB, or Simulink.PLEASE NOTE :
