In this role, you will map current pricing processes, identify gaps, and design improved workflows to support pricing transformation across the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams to gather requirements, document new processes, and ensure changes are adopted and sustained. The position emphasizes a systemic, detail-oriented approach to governance, data flows, and continuous improvement. You will help scale pricing methods and ensure clear communication and training as systems go live.

• Map existing pricing-related processes, workflows, roles and data flows to establish an operational baseline
• Identify gaps and required changes as new pricing methods and governance are introduced
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for countries, teams, and users
• Collaborate with Technology, BI, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Country teams to gather requirements
• Design updated processes aligned with pricing transformation objectives
• Create documentation, process maps, SOPs and training materials to implement changes
• Maintain updated process documentation and a structured inventory of pricing procedures and data flows
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation actions related to process changes
• Monitor execution, adoption, compliance and performance metrics
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in process analysis, business analysis, or operations improvement
• Experience mapping and documenting processes using Visio or Lucidchart
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Hands-on experience supporting process changes in cross-functional, multi-country settings
• Experience with Jira and ERPs is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• Change management training (Prosci, CCMP) is advantageous
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (German) advantageous
